The bedroom was spacious with views over the bay and the Sakurajima.

We had a fantastic stay, the location was incredible, and it had everything we needed, plus it was close to the city center and Sakurajima.

And thanks to its central location it was close to Kagoshima, Dolphin Port, and ferry terminals👌

The hotel is conveniently located close to the ferry terminals, making it easy to access the nearby islands. It is situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel is easy to reach by public transport, making it convenient for travelers. the rooms are spacious and equipped with cooking facilities, separate toilet and shower rooms, and offer a view of the port and volcano.

The cleanliness of certain areas, such as the balcony and the sink, could be improved.

the hosts were fantastic, communicating well and even accommodating my luggage for the day. The apartment had everything I needed, with a comfortable bed and a kitchen to cook in. The sunrise view of the volcano was breathtaking. Highly recommend this cozy and friendly stay.

Gracias Kagoshima is perfectly located near Publix transport, allowing easy access to great restaurants and even the Kagoshima jazz festival. the highlight of this family-friendly hotel is definitely the breathtaking view of the active volcano from the room's balcony. Guests can also take advantage of the nearby Dolphin port for a variety of activities. the room is clean and comfortable, with facilities such as a kitchen and washing machine available for convenience.

The lack of clarity regarding room allocation upon arrival could be confusing.
